  I always enjoy coming here…but if I order two drinks I think the person handing out the drinks should be able to tell me which drink is which. Not just this is the first one that was ordered and it’s the same order…its also the same employee who always has a ton of hickeys on her neck.

  The line took forever. First we ordered 4 drinks & got 2. The girl asks if we had all our drinks like we were holding up the line. We said we were still waiting on 2. She asked what and then walked off while we were still answering. My husband ordered an orange milkshake. What he got was bright pink. I got what I always get which is sugar free, fuschia and icy and got something that was light pink and creamy. I said his is supposed to be orange and mine is not supposed to be milky. I tried to repeat the order but she walked away again. They remade the same two wrong drinks and when she handed it to us I said, what do you think they are? She pulls up our order, reads us our order and says, that's what those are. She argued with us until we gave up and drove off. So, anyway, my husband is drinking his strawberry milkshake and I'm not drinking mine at all because after tasting it, it was milky and so incredibly sugary that I have no confidence that it is sugar free. Worst 7 brew experience ever.

  Sugar free Mocha Frap was really good. Place is pricey but thats any coffee place now a days

  The girl who handed me my children's shakes, gave them to us with the lids falling off--causing the shake to pour all over my kids. When I asked for napkins she handed me a few and watched me struggle to clean and close the cup outside my window. She then proceeded to go to the next lane, press a couple of buttons and then ignore us. My drink had been sitting on their register from the time she handed us the kids cups. I asked her if I could have my drink, or if I had to get out and get it myself. . Normally 7brew does exceptional. The staff are always attentive and kind. . This girl was not. This is the worst experience we have had here and it really disappointed us all. Especially my son who has shake all over his clothes.

  I love coming here, however, recently the music has been way too loud causing my order to be wrong multiple times. I also have had great customer service with some staff members and also poor service with others. They rush me when I’m ordering that I can’t get everything I want in my drink. Also the poor staff members just aren’t friendly sometimes with constant glaring and just annoyed looks. I think more training is necessary to make sure consistency is key and setting a specific volume on the music and not to exceed that may be necessary.
