  It was my first time eating and honestly it was delicious. Much better than Subway which has been tasting off and upsetting my stomach recently.

  I door dashed a turkey sandwich with pickles and received a basically empty loaf of bread it cost me $20 that's 3 hours of my day after taxes .. absolutely ridiculous

  Fast,fast,fast they had my food done before I could finish paying for it. The manager helped me understand the confusing menu and get what I wanted. he was awesome and so fine I'd let him bend my spine

  The sandwiches 🥪 are good here, but if you want fresh, melt in your mouth bread, every single time 😋 go to Neptunes NW 32 & Classen.

  I was extremely disappointed with both the quality and portion size of the Giant sub. For the price, I expected a much more satisfying meal. Unfortunately, the atmosphere among the employees also seemed unenthusiastic, which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming. This was my first visit to Jimmy John’s, and based on this experience, it may also be my last. I wasn’t frustrated or angry—just genuinely disappointed. I hope the company focuses on improving both the quality of its food and the morale of its staff, as I believe both play a major role in creating a positive customer experience.
