  I ordered a burger and did not know what all came on it, so I specified that I only wanted lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The burger came with cheese, which I can’t eat. I actually tried to just scrape it off and let it go, but it was melted into the patty, so my husband asked if they could remake it. Both the server and the manager argued saying “well cheese comes on the burger” even though I explained how I said I ONLY wanted those three toppings, which is how I have always ordered my burgers at other places regardless of what the standard toppings are. Confusion happens, and I get that, but the server and manager were very rude and said we needed to pay to have the burger remade and the only response they kept saying was “cheese comes on it”. Instead of explaining how I should have ordered instead or offering a solution, they just continued to act rudely. They finally agreed to remake it when my husband asked for a refund but we’re clearly angry. Just overall handled the situation badly. Even if it was my mistake, some professionalism could have gone a long way.

  Quality and service is not what it use to be. No wonder they are all closing. And the new look is horrible
