  Busy night as expected since there was a graduation, not expecting perfection but I do expect professional behavior. Manager and teenage staff start to get overwhelmed with the rush and decide to ignore their drive thru, which doesn't go well if the teenage staff are also ignoring and incorrectly delivering food. Then the Manager with dreadlocks is given a tip to makeup for the unfortunate stress and mess up on his teams part and is rude to my wife with his tone. Understandable that most customers are rude and a lot probably were due to their waits, but you shouldn't match their behavior when the customer in front of you is being understanding about the delays and incorrect orders, as well as only asking for the other two drinks and not for you to remake any incorrect order. Do better and relax.

  Slowest service ever! I sat there and waited over 30 minutes for a hotdog and two burgers. It would have been faster to drive to a different Sonic 10 miles away.

  I don't go to this one often since my favorite location is just a few more miles down the road and clearly I should continue to drive on by. Somehow every slush and flavored water I've gotten at this particular store tastes like plain water. I don't know how you manage to make a cherry slush dark red and tasteless at the same time. Is the syrup watered down? Are we just putting food coloring in the drinks?? I thought maybe I was crazy, but the next day I went to a different location and got the same order. Exploding with flavor. Each time I've been to this one it's been awful and frankly I should've turned around to get a refund on all our drinks. All three of our drinks were different flavors and still the same problem. (usually I just buy drinks so I cannot speak to the quality of food)
