  Ate here 9/20. Made our order at 6:30pm and were given cold wings at 6:56pmish. I don’t mean room temp, they were cold. Didn’t bother bringing it up to the cashiers as they both had bad attitudes and we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for it to be remade. Tables and floors were dirty. No ice in the soda machine

  Ordered for pickup off uber. Got there at the "ready by" time and noone greeted or acknowledged me, thats fine my order was on their screen that said "bagging" so I waited patiently with the 5 other people there that were also not being acknowledged. During this time I saw what I think is the manager yelling at the 2 girls that were working with him, which was probably deserved because they seemed LOST. taking things out of one bag and putting them in other bags. Finally he asked my name and in the scramble to find my order they must have concluded thay they gave it to someone else. "Give me 2 minutes" he said. Another 5 minutes goes by and he finally brings me my order In a crumbled up bag that looks like it was run over by a semi truck. I just took it and left. It when I looked inside the wings were over cooked, swimming in sauce, the boxes were coated in grease and sauce. I get it, yall were busy and you prolly had new employees, but have some pride in your job. I would have waited another 5 minutes to get a meal that wasnt disgusting looking and made a huge mess. Pull it together dudes.

  The wings almost never have any sauce on them. I keep going back thinking maybe I’m just unlucky. Told the guy at the store about the wings and he was super rude and refused to help.

  Normally service isn’t bad but I waited an hour and 30 minutes for my online order that was supped to take 10-15min. I figured it would take 30min cuz times can be crazy but to have the manager Justin be disgusting rude to me and other guest was mind blowing. He was AWFUL to his employees. He shouldn’t be a manager. He’s not a leader he’s a cry baby who yells at his staff for asking for help.

  Honestly, I get it. Saturday nights can be busy, but what’s the point of placing your order online when you arrive on time and you have to wait 40 MINUTES to get it. Then you look at the screen and it says “bagging” for 20 MINUTES. Did not know it took 20 minutes to bad everything. There was literally up to 4 people up front just chatting. So not cool dude.
