Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Got home and pulled it out and there was a sweet message, hand written on the paper bag. Some employees go the extra mile to make their customers feel valued and appreciated. They definitely did that and gave my family member the encouragement they needed!
- JRJesse RayJun 7, 20261.0I asked for jalapeno dipping sauce that I forgot to order, gentlemen said it would cost .54 cents and so I gave him .55 and I didn't get my penny, so we asked why I didn't get my penny and he said I don't have one, so how would whataburger feel if I ordered and didn't have the right amount to pay. Would they give free food??? Or would they no let me have the food? Should I report to the police for theft? Think about it. Further more if they are not going to give me my change then they should compensate and make the meals even numbers.
