  No ice , no sauce, told a 20 year old manager ordered and didn’t order everything it’s so bad at this location gloves for the workers were not ordered . I feel a lot of health concerns and violations are in progress at this location I was not happy the ice machine was broke ???????? No ice in my drink

  Stop serving food at 2am and act like they have to restart computer. Trash and a waste of time

  Late night drive thru stop. Everything was great except we got shorted some fries and a couple other things from what we ordered.

  By far the worst food ive ever gotten. 1st I ordered door dash (my mistake) i ordered the luxe box the one with the chicken chalupa, beefy 5 layer burrito, and substituted chips with cheese sauce. I didnt have a chalupa i had a doritos taco. The meat in the that taco and the regular taco was so cold it was clumped together with cold grease like it was straight from the refrigerator. The 5 layer burrito was all beans no meat and very little cheese. I ordered salted caramel churros that were so over cooked you couldn’t bite them and the salted caramel was cooked into the churro. And to top it off i called there a woman answered “hello” i had to ask 2x if this was taco bell and finally she laughed and said yea. I tried to explain my issue and she continued to laugh and then the phone went silent. I got a refund from door dash and i wont ever make that mistake again. How can people still have a job bc i know i cant be the only one .
