  I get it, it is Taco Bell, but is it to much to ask to put everything I pay for in the bag?

  It's crazy how small the portions have gotten while the prices have gone up, especially for just beans, cheese and tortillas. (Got a bean burrito no onions) Used to take two hands to hold now it's smaller that a taco, more tortilla than refried beans smh. Just not worth almost 3.00 at all.

  Came by last night, 10/10 across the board. Great attitudes from the staff, great tasting food, and got it out so fast I didn’t even have a chance to get my card back into my wallet, great work!

  I do enjoy Taco Bell but today I wasn’t near my favorite one so I went to this one and though the atmosphere was more elevated and pleasant due to the cleanliness of the store and kiosks, the food and service was disappointing. I work in food service so I understand that it’s tiring, stressful and hard but the manager or whoever the girl was that brought my food was rude. I said thank you multiple times and she just walked off, she looked miserable and that makes the whole mood drop. The employee that saw me when I first walked in was very nice, friendly and he greeted me. The advice I’d give is not to go here because the food was awful, I only liked the dirty midnight Baja. I ordered the soft taco and there was more tortilla than anything, it was really dry and barely any meat. The cinnamon twists tasted like old grease and there was barely a sprinkle of sprinkle of cinnamon on them, I’m very disappointed. The cheese fiesta potatoes were a great portion size for a toddler but for a grown adult it’s tiny. If you do a mobile order on the app or in store just make sure they put sauce, napkins, silverware and a straw in the bag because I didn’t get any and that was on the order sticker.

  The "I wish I could give a 0 rating" is a real thing that needs to be an option. Received the wrong order, along with forgotten items the first time around for half the order. Came back to have it redone and this is what I find for the other half. The chicken chilupa had pretty much nothing inside. All the crunchy taco shells were destroyed with no veggies inside. And all the soft tacos were a soggy mess with old lettuce. I should have taken more pics of the entire order before throwing out but this has to be one of the absolute worst Taco Bell locations. You’d expect better since they have been open in a great location for a few years now. They have fully reminded me why I stopped eating at Taco Bell locations for years. Well that years just turned into never again.
