  They really take too long on one order like a small fries took about 10-15 mins and they just stare at you don’t ask what you need or nothing

  Maybe instead of talking about the customers behind the drive through window they could actually attempt to get our order right. While picking up a mobile order the young men at the window shot strange looks at him and after closing the window they clearly weren't aware how much you can hear through it as they commented extensively on how "girly" my brother (from birth) looked and how weird people "like that" are. I'd like them to explain exactly what they meant by that while they give us the correct order and include the sauces that we asked for This is my first review and I don't intend to eat at this location anymore after several bad experiences with staff attitude and service, since this location has popped up I've only had 2-3 experiences where I didn't have an issue. If this is seen by anybody from management you need to seriously consider some of your core employees, I dont expect a 5 star experience from a Taco Bell but I do expect to have the food I pay for to be correct and to not be ridiculed for how I or my car looks like.

  I've been to this store easily over 50 times, the food is usually pretty good. But, I've had to wait over 30 minutes for my food twice, and once they had to remake it. Another nitpick is that you can't order Diet Dr. Pepper on the app even though it's in the store, so I always have to dump the drink I choose and refill it. It's the closest TB to my office, but I'll be driving an extra mile to 11th from now on.

  Fast-food tacos shouldn't have 5-6 cars backed up in the driveway. No food coming out for the first 10-15 min. This location is always slow, even when eating in. The speaker was left on in the drive-thru, and you could hear conversations with customers and the confusion with their orders.
