  The black female night manager is very rude very unprofessional and I’m discussed with this grown woman’s actions. I came to get my DoorDash order and my boyfriend went inside for me because I’m pregnant and my stomach was upset. And they needed to see the names on my phone before giving the food to him. Which is fine. Then he said is it your policy or Taco Bell’s policy because he knew my stomach was upset and didn’t want to get me. And a worker said it’s Taco Bell’s which is fine again. Then he said ok and came and got me. And I got out of the car and went in. By the time I was talking to another worker I can hear the manager threatening she was going to fight me and mind you IM PREGNANT! Never once did we even have a conversation but anyways. She needs to get fired and hopefully gets some help 🤦🏼‍♀️

  I ordered using the app thinking it would be great quick fast and out it wasn’t and the reason I say this is because they didn’t put napkins in my bag and one of my items that I paid for is missing. I tried to call to inform them, the phone just rang and rang and rang. No one ever picked it up. I think I was better off going to the main location in jenks, which is further away from my home at least I know I get all my items.

  Very bad taco bell, food is always sub par, either overcooked or undercooked, old, etc.

  Meh, it's a taco bell, your expectations should be at a medium. Anything higher and your just lying to yourself. Remember it's all the same ingredients just arranged in different forms. Don't be fooled by the luxe branding, because that's all it is... Marketing...
