    I hate leaving negative reviews, but this Sonic is consistently a hit or miss- and unfortunately, tonight was another miss. I sat in the drive-through for over 5 minutes waiting to place my order and no one ever answered. I could see a car ahead of me get serviced, so I know the system was working. After waiting, I pulled around to the window and saw one employee inside, but he never turned around or acknowledged me at all. I understand being busy, but there was only one car ahead of me, none behind me, and one car in the carhop parking. If you’re short-staffed or temporarily unable to take orders, some acknowledgment or communication would go a long way. This location has been unreliable too many times, and it’s frustrating to waste time without even being acknowledged.
