    I get it, you're struggling. You can't afford to pay people enough to work in the conditions you provide them and no one with a brain or a conscience should ever go to any of your establishments for anything. But you can't juat leave people at the speaker for 15 minutes without responding at all. It's just ridiculous and there's no excuse for it.

    Order was wrong and it took 22min for a medium French fries. The carhop was rude too, because she was so inconvenienced to have to come to my car twice. I even had a tip for her but not after that.

    The food is usually always good. The problem is when I order mozzarella sticks and select the marinara sauce on the app, I select the maximum amount. And the bell hop tells me it wasnt added on the app and then charges me 50 cents per marinara sauce. (Even though its obvious that i just ordered mozzerella sticks, since she just brought them in the bag) This has happened twice now. Will never be back to this location.

    The CarHop charged another person for my food then I had to wait for her to refund him and supposedly remake my food? Anyway it took over 20 minutes after ordering for me to get my food. They did not listen to the instructions for the hamburger and the Coney was undercooked. None of their stalls were accepting credit card and you don't know that until the payment screen then they come out with a tap after I already have cash ready. Non of the Stalls were working I had to change stalls twice to get a working screen.
