  I don’t know what is going on with this location recently but I am so disappointed. The last couple of times my tots have been hard, and I was understandable about it. Tonight I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it was missing the cheese, but then I tried my slush that is supposed to have ice cream in it and it’s just slushie. I paid more to have the ice cream that I didn’t get. I read really looking forward to the ice cream part and you can’t even complain on the app where you order. It’s frustrating. Please pay more attention to orders and quality.

  Saturday afternoon 8/29/26 I ordered 2 large Sonic Blasts, one with extra M&M's and one with extra Reeses. The guy taking orders was less than happy to be there. Got home hardly and M&M's and Reeses in either. I was the only one in the drive thru. For $20 I could've got 2 gallons of premium ice cream at Reasors. This is the second experience with the same results, Sonic you can do better because I know. On Sunday there is a young, sweet, energetic black girl that puts all of your employees to shame. I'm a long time disappointed customer. .
