  Had a problem with my order, but Samara and Devin were wonderful and took care of things for me. Very friendly, great attitudes.

  Ordered a Jr deluxe cheeseburger and get back to find its a Jr double cheeseburger. Come to find out the Jr deluxe isnt a menu item anymore. So rather than saying hey we dont have that on the menu but can add the toppings to a Jr burger etc. They just say ok and ring up a Jr deluxe and let you find out the hard way that you got something totally different. I couldn't eat the burger due to it having mustard on it and pickles. I can't eat either of those things and can't call the store cause I have learned when you call the store then its your fault and not theirs. RESPONSE TO SONICS REVIEW RESPONSE. You guys know you DO NOT CARE about the customers that keep your business running. No offer to contact you guys for a replacement since I can't eat mustard and pickles due to allergies. My money was essentially stolen from me and all I get is a generic response rather than, "hey let us fix that for you." I'm just expected to return and spend more money to hope the employees are competent enough to get it right. Sonic should be ashamed of their staff and corporate teams for their lack of accountability. When i worked for sonic 15 years ago there was actual care for the customers at least at the 2 locations I worked at. Now its just, "woops just come back and buy it again and maybe we get it right next time." Absolutely disgraceful on sonics part.

  I try to avoid this location for mobile orders. I often wonder if there’s anyone working here after I’ve been waiting for 5+ minutes. I gamble if my food or drink tastes right when I have to stop here.

  This specific location is amazing! Especially the workers they are always so sweet and social especially Aiden and the other evening/afternoon staff! They always get everything very fast and ready for me and my family. I enjoy my beautiful large diet Dr Pepper everyday including my moms 4 route 44 cups of ice.I genuinely hope these employees get some sort of raise for how good they are!

  If I could give a zero I would. We ordered mozzarella sticks, a pretzel, and oreo blast. We arrived at 1. It is now 1:37 and we're still waiting. We will not be going to this location again. Maybe the drive thru is quicker. Either way, this is ridiculous!
