We were in stall 12. Pressed button tono response. About 5 minutes later we pressed the button again. Still no response. So I called the business and asked if #12 was working. It was as our order was given. About 30 minutes later we were backing out of #12 and the food arrived. 2 Footlong cheese extra onions,1 fry and 1 tote with sf Dr.Pepper.The fries were cold. Tots were warmer than the fries but not much One chilli dog was ok the other was also cold in the middle. Never have we received the type of service and quality of food from Sonic. As a retired state food inspector I'm pretty sure an inspection would have not be favorable. Never again will we spend any money at this establishment. Never means NEVER.

Been coming to this sonic for 5 years and today was just outrageous! I don’t know if it’s new people here but I waited in the drive through for close to an hour!! I had a mobile pickup order and decided to go around the line after waiting because all the stalls were busy as well, already paid for my two drinks & they tried telling me I have to go around and wait AGAIN. I told them I always wait but I’ve seen this done before, in fact it happens all the time. I pulled around to Walmart gas station to get some gas, it’s still the same line it hasn’t moved at all!! It’s ridiculous! Customers getting out of their cars yelling at each other trying to get more room to get out! It’s unacceptable, get it together sonic!!!

Sonic is a good staple fast food chain here in Oklahoma.
I would recommend them if you haven’t tried, they have a large menu and is an interesting experience to say the least.
Back in the day, they used to provide the meals on roller skates.
Bonus: they are open late!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Sonic Drive-In. I stopped by around 6:30 a.m. on Monday, like many night shift workers, this is my “dinner time”and was immediately met with disrespect.
Instead of a simple greeting like “Welcome to Sonic,” I was bluntly hit with “What do you want?” over the speaker. No courtesy, no professionalism; just attitude. I let it go and said I had a mobile order for Larry, only to be told “pull forward” in a rude, demanding tone.
It didn’t get better. When my food came out, the employee practically shoved the bags into my face, aggressive and completely unnecessary. At that point, it was clear this wasn’t just a bad moment; it was a complete lack of basic customer service.
I called the store to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve the issue. Instead, I got even more unprofessional behavior. The manager dismissed the situation with “I’m not the one who did that.” That’s not the point, you’re the manager, and it’s your responsibility to address how customers are treated. When I pressed the issue, she escalated things further by cussing at me over the phone. Even went as far as telling me to come back and say that to her face, like she's capable of getting her butt off that stool she was sitting on. Completely unacceptable.
I’ve already filed a formal complaint with corporate, but given that complaints appear to be outsourced and handled with little accountability in Indonesia, I’m not holding my breath.
If this is the standard of service at this location, customers should seriously consider going elsewhere. Respect costs nothing, and this place seems unwilling to offer even that.
