  Went through the drive thru and was handed an extremely full shake. Grabbed it and it spilled all over me and my car and the rest of my order. Requested she took the shake so I could deal with it and she said she couldn't because she didnt want to get dirty because she still had orders. Which is insane because I was covered in ice cream and so was my car. Called in to complain and turns out it was actually the manager that did this. Calling corporate immediately.

  Wait times are getting real long lately. Lord knows why the manager only had two people staffed today. Please look into cleaning your soda nozzles, unfortunately I can taste the mold in my dr. pepper. Usually love my service here but it’s been going downhill lately.

  Anything you try to order online here says not available. Over half of the screens don’t work. Ordering in person is subjecting yourself to an undetermined purgatory where you don’t know if you’ll ever get your order after 25 minutes. Corp really needs to look in to this store or just close it.

  This dude had me try a dragonfruit coconut slush and now I can't get up every morning without it. I am addicted. I would fight Dwayne The Rock Johnson in a gladiatorial arena for one of these.
