  The staff is polite and friendly enough, but I just don't care for their food anymore. They used to be real good, back in the day when I was a kid, but they've went downhill.

  Paid $5 with tip for one drink that they didn't even get right. Unsweet tea with peach. No peach was added. 😭

  I got a banana shake on free rewards it took ten minutes to get it wen when I did it looked weird and a CarHop kept looking back so I take it to the police station and it was laced with some kind of drug I have police report of it and ask if I want to purse charges I am sceptical of going to this Sonic because I'm scared of tainted food see the owner didn't reply back cause don't care I have a legitimate report of it being tantied since no response I'm press charges

  One instance, the app said my food would be ready at a certain time. I checked in a couple minutes after the time stated in the app and I still waited 15 minutes. And then, my burger was less than lukewarm. I decided to try this location again tonight against my better judgment. I again arrive a couple minutes after the ready time stated in the app and go through the drive through this time. The ordering screen is malfunctioning. I check in and am instructedto pull around. I wait another 15 minutes behind another customer. Finally get to the window and am asked what I want to order!? I give this person my name, and she goes to pick it up while the person who directed me to pull around is sitting down doing something on his cellphone. I know this is the Westside, but come on...

  Grabbed sonic on my way to work on union and they gave me my tropical cream slush no cream tasted weird looked weird asked if it was they right slush and yes was all I got I said it looked different no response. Onion rings were under cooked and on the colder side footlocker bag ripped when I tried to pick it up. Was just not a good experience. Been really trying to give sonic a chance lately and the morning crew is always spot on but the evening I never have the same experience.
