  Waited 15 minutes for one Baja Wrap and had to leave empty-handed to get to work. No drink, no sides, just one wrap. I know situations happen, but this seems to be an ongoing problem. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had here, but it will be my last.

  The people are always really nice, but they seem to be severely understaffed. The wait is always insane for what the food is… Waiting for as long as you do and then it comes out looking like this… A bit frustrating…. The lettuce on this was so unappetizing that I scraped it off because I was worried about eating it. Not to mention, the amount of bacon for this burger is shameful.

  One of the best experiences I have had. I had one prior to this too but I cannot remember her name! She was young sweet and amazing. This time I’m writing about -HOSANNA. Not only was she completely professional and compassionate she went out of her to make sure she got the order right. She took pride in her work and that’s something you hardly see anymore and I appreciate her great attitude! Keep it up! Just got another order with Elizabeth. Idk what you guys are doing different but your employees are doing great. I’m stunned at the different customer service lately. Keep it up!

  It’s sonic, some people need to dial back expectations with the food and service. I stopped by for lunch and had a wonderful experience. Quick service, food was cooked well and hot, and my drink was ice cold and the syrup mix was great. If I’m around I’ll continue to stop by, thank you!
