  It's so frustrating just trying to get a meal on a lunch break from this location no matter what time I take a lunch, whether it be noon on the dot or 2:30 in the afternoon when things are dead. Today for example I went to take my 30 minute lunch and was craving Mozzerella sticks so I decided "Lets just try this Sonic one more time". With this I ordered 2 corndogs, a Medium Mozzerella sticks (6 Mozzerella sticks) and a Coke. That's it, that's all I ordered. For reference I work less than 2-3 minutes from this location so let's say I had 30 minutes for lunch cut down to 27 with travel, I ordered instantly as soon as I pulled in, then proceeded to wait 40+ minutes while I saw car after car after car pull up and drive away with food or drinks or both. 90% of which showed up nearly 15-25 minutes after me, this is not counting the 10-15 cars I saw go through the drivethru as well. I know I showed up at a busier time but 45 minutes for fast food that should allow me to drive to a location, grab food, and allow for time to eat is INSANE! I could have gone to a sit down RESTAURANT and received my food in the same or less time, it's just baffling! Once I did receive my meal there were no words exchanged from the representitive of this establishment, not a single word of I'm sorry, nothing, she wouldn't even look at me after looking at my car to see who's order it was. I've had plenty of issue with service speed either at the drive in kiosk, or prep time, or showing my food should be on the way and my order being forgotten, rude or dismissive representatives, wrong items, less items than the order calls for, it's just never ending. I really wish this location could go back to how it was once upon a time, unfortunately I don't believe in a fairytale ending for this location. I would not recommend wasting your time or money at this location especially if you don't atleast have a 1hour lunch period or unless you go through the drivethru every time. Even then it can sometimes take upwards of 25-30 minutes just to get through that line even if you only have 2 or 3 cars ahead of you. Reading through the rest of the reviews from just the last 2 months are hard to read as the response is great and all but without seeing real world change the words ring hollow. I truly hope this location can turn around but honestly I'll have to see it to believe it and on a consistent basis and not just a single visit.
