The food was amazing as always and the staff was friendly. I just wish they had a little more training in the problem resolving area. I went up after receiving our food to ask if the “large” side of fries typically comes in its own tray or if it is served alongside a burger in the same tray. The lady working the front said “sometimes it just depends what you ordered” I then asked if she could show me what the portions size looked like because it looked like we just got a small handful. (‘Mind you we paid almost $5 for these) she showed me the difference between a regular and a large. I said “I’m just asking because it seems as if we didn’t get a large” she said “oh no I’m sorry” and that was it. At this point I was irritated because it felt like she was just defending the wrong thing. She could have literally just offered to get me a little bit more fries and I would have been fine. There was just no desire to make the problem better. No big deal I guess. I was visibly upset and said “no it’s fine” and walked away. Attached is a picture of said “large” fry that we ordered. She then walked around the corner to ask us to leave a review. So idk just not the best experience customer service wise. Maybe I’m in the wrong here and this is a large order of fries.

Reh saved me by running into the steet and protecting me from a mountain lion who was trying to take my smash burger. I was so scared until she showed up and fought it bare handed. I have never felt so safe in my life. Highly recommended

Reh was my server and she was incredibly friendly. She did her job with skill and enthusiasm and recommended what to get when I said I was new. If I was an owner I’d be thrilled to have an employee like her.

There was a Karen complaining about dinning room hours literally 30 minutes before they closed but the staff handled it well . Of course Karen’s don’t care about anything besides making a scene so our ordering was interrupted by her but as previously stated the staff handled it well . The food was amazing .

We went here for the first time today. Lady at checkout seemed irritated that I did not tell her the name on pickup order right away. I ordered avocado bacon burger and it just did not taste that great. I looked at avocados on it, and the pieces clearly had black spots on it. I came to the same lady and showed it to her and she didn't even seem bothered by it. Did not apologize or said thank you for letting us know. I did not even complain, I just said that they may want to check on their avocados because this is how mine looks like. I was amazed at such level of indifference. She came up to me later to the table to casually say that it was just a bad part of that avocado and the rest of them are fine. Again, no apologies or anything. I will never come back to this restaurant.
