  Ordered the “small tenders meal” twice. First time didn’t get any food bc it was entered in wrong. Second time they gave me half the amount of sides so only half my family could eat. Do not come here for take out.

  On Mother’s Day, May 10, I was looking for a nice sit-down restaurant for a group of ten—somewhere with a great variety of food and the ability to take a last-minute OpenTable reservation on one of the busiest days of the year. During church, I searched with those exact criteria and was thrilled to discover Saltgrass. To my delight, they had a 2:00 p.m. reservation available, which was perfect since we needed time after church to visit with relatives before dinner. My usual budget-friendly steakhouse is Texas Roadhouse, but they do not take reservations, and on a Sunday like Mother’s Day, that usually means waiting an hour or more. Saltgrass made the entire experience feel easy from the very beginning. When we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Parking was easy, and our table was already prepared for us, which made the afternoon feel welcoming and stress-free from the start. Although we originally planned for ten guests and ended up with seven, the restaurant handled everything smoothly and graciously. Kaley was our server, and she was absolutely exceptional. She listened carefully, offered helpful suggestions, and managed our table with the kind of confidence and grace that made the whole meal feel effortless. Our appetizers, salads, and entrees arrived with perfect timing, and her attentiveness truly elevated the entire experience. I was so impressed that I made a point of speaking with Leo, one of the managers on duty, to share how remarkable Kaley’s service was. While others recommended the new salmon entrée, I chose the redfish with shrimp, and I was so glad I did—it was delicious. Best of all, everyone enjoyed their meal, and there was not a single complaint at the table. Kaley made a wonderful celebration even more memorable. With family joining us from Dallas, California, and Tulsa, this was a special gathering, and Saltgrass helped make it one to remember. I would absolutely recommend Saltgrass to anyone looking for great food, smooth reservations, and outstanding service. The next time I’m back in Tulsa, I will definitely return.

  I always love going to Salt grass in different places because I truly get to experience service, as an ex server for the concept I like to keep it cute but know I am critiquing everything, my server was new so she was a little rough 😕 around the edges but she will get better with time, she missed a cheesecake on my order simply because she was not listening. Besides all of that my cheesecake was delicious 😋 and the seafood fondeaux added another layer to Salt grass bc we never had that on the menu, my husband's steak 🥩 was cooked to perfection and garlic mashed potatoes were their own star ⭐ I LOVED IT AS USUAL!

  We had a really disappointing experience for my birthday. Our waiter, Bradley, seemed to rush us in ordering and was inattentive. My husband told Bradley upon arriving that it was my birthday, which he just nodded and proceeded to take our order I specifically ordered brussels sprouts and mac and cheese, knowing there was an extra charge. Bradley said he understood, but when the food came, the mac and cheese was missing. After about ten minutes, he finally came by & checked in, realized the mac n cheese was missing, and went to get it—at which point I was already halfway through my meal, I informed Bradley that I no longer wanted the mac. My husband asked for the check & Bradley brings it & places it on top of a to go box on my side as if I asked for the check, then when the check came, he forgot to remove the mac and cheese charge, so we had to wait again for him to return back to our table to inform him of the mistake. And after all that, despite hearing multiple birthday songs at other tables, Bradley told us they don’t do anything for birthdays unless you’re part of the club (which he just assumed i wasn't). Honestly, we just think we're not his "KIND" of people. It really took the joy of my birthday out of the evening. Thanks to Bradley we most likely will never visit this location again.

  I had a great experience here and wanted to give a special shoutout to the manager (Brad). From the moment we walked in, everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. The staff was friendly, the service was smooth, and you can tell the manager really sets the tone for the whole place. It’s not always easy to find a restaurant that gets both the food and the service right, but this one does. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how welcomed we felt throughout our visit. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
