  The customer service is is subpar. I got asked what's my name and asked to recite my phone number loudly in front of a room full of people and told "there ya go!" It was my mother's day meal gifted to me by a family member. I showed up at the time my food said it was ready and walked into the lobby where lots of people were waiting an no one was addressing anyone. They seemed very annoyed to have my business even though I had already tipped. I dont get the chance to have takeout often or eat out. I guess the way I was spoken to is how the doordashers are spoken to. I was there to pick up my own order and the tone they had with me was like I had done something to them. Don't worry, wont be back! Learned my lesson.

  We love Rice Bowl, the food is always really good 👍, our orders are always ready when we arrive, hot and fresh.

  Their portion sizes are a bit smaller than the last time I ate there but that seems to be a common thing with restaurants lately. The 4 way combo is still a nice deal. The online ordering process was fairly simple, the prices were reasonable and the food was good. Overall the experience was positive and I'll definitely go back.
