  I don't know what's happening with Papa Johns but this just isn't it anymore. We requested extra sauce and they put all of the sauce up at the crust, the food was cold and the crust itself was thin. We also ordered the cinnamon pull parts which have been a favorite of mine for many years and it was dry and cold. It literally tasted like it had been sitting out overnight and someone reheated it, and I would know because I've done just that before. The only reason I came here was because the Memorial location closed but I guess this one isn't far behind it.

  Im actually sitting here waiting for my new pizza after getting it delivered and being the wrong pizza as I'm sitting here waiting for Mine the pizza I brought back that was in my home in my car was just re given to someone picking up a door dash I watched him with my own eyes name is Dalton he has long curly brown hair green shirt delivers and makes the pizzas he didn't even remember us after leaving not even 5 minutes ago. Please be careful we are clean people so that pizza was good but you don't know if someone did anything to that pizza it was the craziest thing I witnessed ever I'm very disgusted he had the worst attitude to us and the other workers in front of customers and kids he should not work there he has 0 team ethic I feel bad for the other workers they were so kind to us

  ⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. I went to pick up my personal Uber Eats order and showed the employee the order name. She retrieved the order herself, and I then marked it as received in my Uber Eats app. She refused to give me the order afterward, claiming I had to verbally state the name on the order and take a picture of it. I have used Uber Eats for years at Papa Johns and countless other restaurants and have never encountered these requirements. Her attitude was extremely rude and confrontational. When I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. When I asked for her name, she initially refused and eventually identified herself as “Angel.” She was not wearing a name tag. She was an older white lady, chubby, with visible tattoos. I was also concerned to see her handling food and then non-food items without washing or sanitizing her hands between them. I have been a Papa Johns customer for years and have never experienced customer service this poor. This interaction was completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. Management needs to address this employee’s conduct and the food-handling concerns. Will never go back to this location and will spread word for people to avoid at all cost!
