  Absolutely atrocious customer service. As someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry for a decade before, it’s sad to see such a blatant lack of leadership and standards this location has. From food coming out of the kitchen not prepared correctly, to overcooked meat, to not being able to get refills on drinks, to management not offering anything to compensate the lack of service or quality, the list goes on and on. Don’t waste your time at this location until they’ve done a complete rework of the staff and procedures.

  My center cut sirloin was full of silver tendons running throughout it and you couldn’t even cut the steak…the waitress knew as she was there asking if the steaks were cooked properly…her response “there’s just a lot of gristle down the middle.” She walked away. The couple by us said they had the exact same problem before and would only order seafood at this location. My husband’s steak was good as was everything else. I saw in the reviews where even the ribeye has had the same problem at this location…it’s too bad this restaurant does not seem to realize the mistake they are making by serving and then ignoring subpar steaks. They should be replacing them because eventually it’s going to hurt their business

  We had been disappointed by this restaurant in the past but decided to give it another try. The first thing I noticed when it walked in was how the flooring was puckered up in several places in a high-traffic area as if from water damage - a tripping hazard. Ultimately, the food was ok but the service was terrible. Our waiter was rude and didn’t make much effort to provide service. I doubt we will be back

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Quiet, and a Solid Outback Experience This was a typical Outback Steakhouse experience in a good way. The restaurant was super clean and surprisingly quiet, especially for a Sunday late afternoon, which made for a relaxed dining experience. Everything felt well-kept and comfortable. If you’re looking for a calm, low-key meal without the usual crowd, this location delivers. The Sangria was yummy.
