- TPTobie Plunkett4 days ago1.0Absolutely poor service. Crew paid no attention to desk. Walked out after 15 min of no help. Do not eat here early morning. Only 1 person was in drive through. Only one person spoke English or everyone pretended not to speak English. Do better McDonald's. Will not be back
- CCCandaceMay 1, 20261.0Food was hot and fresh. However the guy working the food pick-up window was very rude. Never said a word when I said thank you, and when I asked for the sauce he mumbled... "oh my God"... I usually don't write negative reviews but he probably needs to be moved to a different department that is not as customer facing. I hope his days get better!

This morning we found the doors locked and couldn't get a response from anyone in the building so one of the men tapped on the window . Finally a you black woman came and open the door and rudely said don't do that and she said to walk half way the length of the building in the dark along the drive up to the drive up window. We went inside she came walking by us I said what's your problem,she loudly said I am talking to him not you . I said I am talking to you she then went to the back and refused to take our order. We left and went to Braums were we were treated with respect. I will never eat at another McDonalds again I think she was playing a race game because we were older white men.

Got all the way to my job and opened it to see a piece of bacon instead of suasage after waiting at the window for 6 minutes when I was the only one in line. It’s not that hard to pay attention to what the order shows when there is literally one person in line to order.
