  Staff did not bring food to table tent number. They are calling out the number and making kiosk customers line at the counter with the counter customers.

  I go to this McDonald's because it's on my way home from working over nights. I go 3-4 times a week for breakfast and recently the service and food are terrible!! I went this morning and while trying to order the girl taking the order was talking over me trying to hurry me along and I wasn't finished with my order. I repeated myself more than once to make sure she got it right but she still kept talking over me and didn't repeat my order back and told me to just "drive to the window". The guy taking money at the first window read my order back to me and I said are you sure she got the two meals he said yes and gave me a receipt before I could look at it I drove to the second window and a girl handed me my two drinks and bag of food. I checked the bag and I was missing a hash brown so I told her I was missing a hash brown and she asked for my bag back so she could look inside and see. She looked at the ticket on the bag and said "no you only had one meal" and I said "no I ordered two" she argued said no I only ordered one and I told her "why do you guys always mess my orders up?!?" So the manager was working next to her grabbed a hash brown and threw it in my bag and told me to "go!". My hash brown was at the bottom of the bag not in the holder because she threw it in there. Not only were they rude and rushing everyone and not repeating orders back and not checking things the food is always cold and the coffee is always too hot. Last couple of days I've gone this week my breakfast sandwiches have been cold almost frozen and my coffee was so hot I almost burnt my hand on the coffee they spilled on the top of the lid. The egg and cheese bacon biscuit I got two days ago, the bacon was so hard I almost chipped a tooth on it like it was a week old or something I had to throw it away. I usually come 3-4 mornings a week and have a family of 6 and spend $13-42 a day so about $2,704-$6,552 a year at this location. After today I will now be giving my business to Carl's junior down the road.

  I do online orders. They have been great for the most part I think there has only been once that the manager was rude had our order wrong then took it back gave us a refund when we only wanted him to fix our order everything was closed because it was a holiday I belive it was Thanksgiving...that was what we were going to have for our dinner and he refused to let us have anyfood not even the order that was messed up.he throw it in the trash in front of us knowing we would have to wait till something opened up the texted morning so we went home without...but I think he may no longer work there I haven't seen him in a while.other then that time the orders have been correct and fresh ..the works have been nice and the food has been great...
