Ordered before I left home and waited in the spot for 10 minutes. I went inside and lo and behold my food was just sitting in the back, unattended and not being brought curbside. Forgot my strawberry jelly and I got 1 sausage biscuit and somehow a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. McDonald’s and this franchise wasted money rebuilding this place if this is the service they’re offering… GO TO ANY OTHER MCDONALDS

- AAAmyApr 20, 20262.0The newly renovated McDonald's on admiral & memorial is awful ... Always takes a long time to get your food.. Fresh...well they don't know what fresh & hot means! Sometimes they are open late... sometimes not! Sometimes the shake machine works... sometimes not ..mostly not... Used to be open 24hrs here.. now ..who honestly knows... they're not consistent with anything at this location... I honestly do not recommend u spend your hard earned $ at this location...as u more often than not u will be extremely disappointed & find yourself frustrated & ready to boycott all McDonald's... sadly...this location is the epitome of absolutely awful!!! This location in particular only deserves a one-star rating in my opinion however I was generous in the rating that I gave....

An older lady employee came out harassing me and my wife asking if we were coming in. Like I was a bum loitering. Horrible.
