    Manager on duty was extremely rude, ignored me at the counter for almost 10 minutes to get my drink she said I did buy until I showed her my receipt. Three other customers were there and she treated them like trash. She was racist to us because we aren't white.

    So they messed my order they put cheese on my burger and I asked for no cheese I got the wrong one and I was trying to get another one and she looked me dead in my face and said no the girl manager and the boy they was yelling at me and my friends we are under age and my friend bought some cookies and they took it off after she already paid and and trying to make her pay again I will never go up there again and this is not the first time that happened like this

    I was on my way to work I really don't like to eat McDonald's just because I feel like it's my own opinion for kids anyhow I ordered my food was waiting on French fries because the freeze was given to me were very old reheated ... I was told to pull forward and fresh fries just came up.. I pulled forward and waited 10 minutes I then began to wonder what's going on I walked in and asked about what happened and where is my freeze I thought fresh freeze had just came up when I was at the window the cook said to me that she told the drive-thru worker to bring me out my food the drive through worker told to cook she did not tell her that so they begin to go back and forth while I'm standing there patiently but irritated still asking for my fries while they went back and forth about who was supposed to be bringing me out my fries 10 minutes ago

    Worst McDonald’s experience ever in my life!! Manager (name sounded like Tina) refusing to give me the substitute I ordered and tried to make me pay more. Another customer returned a bag of food in which she stated she took a bite of already and this manager placed the bag in the counter where orders are being bagged, put her hand inside it twice, then proceeded to bag new orders without ever washing her hands. Disgusting! I had to go back 3 times to ask for various condiments and napkins. My food had fallen out into the bag and was getting cold. The oatmeal was super thick (like they didn’t add enough water or it was just really old and dried up). I had to request a cup and when I put my cup under the soda I wanted, only the syrup came out and it was a mess! Tables we’re dirty, sanitizer dispensers were completely empty, the kiosk receipt paper was apparently put in wrong as it printed out a blank receipt, and this was all before 8 a.m. !!! This was just beyond bad!!

    For your health and safety do not visit this location. June.6.2026 between 430 and 530 pm... Management and staff were notified by a group of 4 patrons that Restrooms were disgusting with a clogged toilet, fecies all over the walls floor and toilet. The patrons took photos and offered to show the employee across the counter. While there were light orders, no single staff member would clean the restroom. Over 30 minutes later, the restroom remained a huge health hazard and concern. Untouched by any staff. There was a battery operated jukebox playing music in the kitchen as staff worked happily ignoring the certain health hazard. The restroom was not locked after they were notified, instead, it was left open with The Stalls walls and toilet it still covered in feces.
