He didn't ring it up. We had to pull up and wait for 10 minutes and this young girl brought the food out and said I just got here you will have to talk to the manager to get a coke cause it wasn't rang up. Very rude!! Then the guy from the second drive thru brought a coke. UNBELIEVABLE! THAT GIRL NEEDS TO GO!

My current concern is with a manager who has recently returned (appears to be working weekend mornings). In the past, when he worked here full-time, he leaned out of the drive-thru window and asked for my phone number. I showed no interest and was clearly uncomfortable. I later saw his wife and kids come through, which made the situation even more inappropriate and unprofessional. Now that he is back, I am again uncomfortable due to the way he looks and stares. He's behaviors and mannerisms are not appropriate in a customer-facing role, and it creates an uneasy environment. It also raises concern for me about how female employees may feel working around him, especially given his position as a manager. I would hope they feel safe and able to speak up if needed. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable returning when he is working, which is frustrating given this is the only fast food option nearby. Ownership should be aware of this, as customers deserve to feel safe and respected.
