  If you decide to come here, think twice, as it is extremely difficult to get anyone's attention in the event of a bathroom emergency. Furthermore, if you ask for water, they charge you for the cup—at least according to the older gentleman wearing glasses. To top it all off, a sign practically indicated to me that the lobby was closed; in fact, it almost seems as though the Hispanic employees themselves are racist toward others. I then looked outside at the drive-thru window, where a young African-American woman was standing on foot; they simply ignored her—pretending to be deaf, I suppose—likely because she wasn't in a car. I don't know if I'm losing my mind, but someone actually opened the bathroom door to verify whether I was taking a dump; I heard loud laughter from the staff members, accompanied by comments that nearly made me soil myself right then and there. My final recommendation: do not come here expecting to use the restroom in an emergency, because they will turn a deaf ear to you; it is nearly impossible to get them to pay you any mind. If you need water, they will charge you for a cup; apparently, they do not stock the complimentary clear plastic cups. I visited this establishment as a paying customer on May 5, 2026, at approximately 8:30 PM—I provide this information so that the owner of this establishment may review the security footage. And as the cherry on top, a woman came by at 9:00 PM to kick everyone out, announcing that the lobby was officially closed—even though I was still waiting for someone to come pick me up, as it was freezing cold outside.

  Ordered and paid on mobile app. They said they couldn't receive mobile app orders for over a week. They would refund in 24 hours. Had to pay for another order even after showing them I already paid on mobile app. Lady was rude. Just another reason to hate McDonald's.
