- BFBrittany FAug 19, 20261.0The short version is…Don’t waste your money here!! I took my husband here for a surprise date night and, unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed. It’s been several years since I’ve been here and I was surprised how run down the place has become. Absolutely no employees greet you while entering. It took 15 minutes to find anyone to get help. The guy that helped us was very kind and helpful, though! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The first two games we tried to play took our credits but didn’t work. I tried going to the help desk, but again - no one there. Another game had a button stuck. The pac man game joy sticks would get stuck during the game. One game (I think Jurassic Park) was completely shut down. Some games were turned on, but there were no balls to be able to play the game. The left side panels of the Kung Fu Panda game don’t work so you miss half the targets and can’t get very far in the game. We swiped our card on 2 Skee Ball games and it took the credits and turned the game on, but it never released any balls for us to play. My husband found a loose screw on one of the Skee Ball machines?? The Connect 4 basketball game basketballs look like they’ve never been replaced - one was tearing apart. I think we went up to the help desk three times, maybe four, and only found someone to help us the one time. Maybe the bowling experience is better - We didn’t even try. This used to be such a nice and fun place to go. I’ve been here for a business event and it was a great experience. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I ordered food which took 2 hours to arrive. A simple flat bread. That’s right. 2 hours. It has been a consistent bad experience but this last one overcame the others.
