- AAAnitaMay 8, 20265.0Went to a birthday party there, spent 2.5 hours there the party, was only 1 hour cake pizza presents and laser tag then games. We split off and played more games with just family and it took way too long to find what prizes to get. The staff was hard to get help from if any games had an issue, but very nice and gave extra credit on game cards if we had a problem. Wish there were more tickets won per game, or price per game was lower. The giant ticket claw machine is a total rip off though, swings way too much to actually win anything. All coin pusher games were broke down and the staff said they didn’t have enough staff to go fix it.

She kept skipping over me & I finally spoke up about it. Horrible customer service with her & she was just rude towards me. She made the whole experience awkward and terrible. We waited over 20 minutes for our food.

But instead of receiving all the food we paid $60+ for the three kids meals, yet two adult meals were given to someone else and we had to wait extra. Then I was handed 1 adult plater and had to wait for the second adult meal. which once he came back out with it he tried to hand me another kids plater instead of the adult plater that was missing. By the time I received the second meal my kids were done eating wife was half way done eating and I was too stressed to be able to eat mine.. worst experience I have had at any food establishment in a very long time. Not happy at all with this service.
- LHLareina HarrisonApr 26, 20262.0Booked my son's birthday party 4/24/26 the day before his birthday 4/25/26 and when we got there they didn't have our reservation had to show them my paper work the employees that run the pizza and ice cream area are dittzy and space cadets. My son and his wife ordered 2 ice creams and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for it they had to remind the guy that the had the ice cream . They didn't have any pizza . And the pizza didn't taste that good . We got there at 6 and didn't get taken care off until 650/7 . And then nobody asked if we was ok and were taken care off until 930 . This place is over priced and not good customer service I will never be back or recommend this place ever .
