  I came in on a day where I was having a really rough day. I ordered my ordered all out of order and made mistakes that were my fault but Keller, the employee who took my order, was very patient and kind. I order from Jimmy John's often because they have the best sandwiches and this location never fails, but this particular experience made my day better just because Keller was so kind. Thank you!!

  Food was fantastic. One of the employees wasn’t happy to be there very unfriendly. Overall one of the other employees was great

  my boyfriend and i came in and i asked for extra pickles on my sandwich. i like pickles more than your average person so i never get upset when i don’t think there's enough but i went up and asked for some more and the lady who made my sandwich started complaining about me while i was standing right there and told her coworker “just give her a whole pickle” because “i don’t want to slice more pickles” although, the guy who took my order and got me the extra pickle was very polite and gave me great service. regardless i will probably not be returning to this location

  Waited thirty minutes. Didn't get the extra turkey my wife ordered, and I got lettuce I didn't want. This is freaky foul.
