  Okay the food tastes good. Staff is nice but Service is not freaky fast at all... the Lil john is now the micro john and has become a sandwich for ants.

  By far the best JJ's location in Tulsa. Staff goes above and beyond with their world class service! This is so rare in the restaurant industry and because of this, I am a loyal customer to this location.

  Paid $12 for a sandwich tonight and both had very little meat. This will be the last time!! My husband and son were still hungry. Go somewhere else, don't waste your money.

  Disappointing experience. Went into today and was told it would be 30-40 minutes because they had a 600 person catering order to complete. There were multiple employees working. Never in my life have I seen an establishment not pause the catering order and take less than 5 minutes to knock out the in person folks. And was on a tight schedule, wasted what little time I had stopping there, and probably won’t get to eat for another five hours 🫠

  Hey please don’t use the same gloves you use to take my order to make our food. Rubbing your face too should require glove changes
