Extremely strange experience. Pulled up to 91st and Yale Jimmy Johns about 9:15pm, lights on, place filled with people. (We normally go to BA/71st and Aspen which closes 10pm). Opened the doors- a full restaurant of people looked at us, no one said a word. No one had sandwiches. We closed the door and walked away- heard everyone laughing and someone pulled out a phone on a selfie stick as they turned out every light. Super weird vibes, extremely unprofessional. On our way to BA we checked online and the close time appears to be 9pm. If a company meeting was happening after hours and they mistakenly left the door unlocked that’s understandable but not saying a word and acting so strange sends a bad message to potential customers. Won’t go back to this location ever again.
Ordered a sandwhich to go. Specifically said, "No Onions". The man taking the order repeated it back to me. When the other employee handed me my sandwich she asked if I wanted a bag. "Yes" which should be obvious on a TO GO order. When I returned to my office, there were no sliced onions on the sandwhich, but it had those crispy onion things on it. You'd think when you're told "No onions" it would be common sense not to put onions of any kind on the sandwhich.
Charles and Shelly at this Yale store were so nice! This is the first Jimmy Johns I've been to that actually treat customers with respect and patient to listen to what you want! All the other stores I've been to are so rude & act like customers are just a burden in their day. Charles & Shelly were great!

This location is riddled with incompetence. I can only guess the management is poor. Unfortunately I love Jimmy John’s food and there aren’t many locations to choose from. Will probably have to switch to Jersey Mike’s.
One time I got curbside pickup (my babies were in the car). they gave me the wrong drink. I requested Diet Coke and the drink was Dr Pepper. When I called on the phone to request they replace it, the woman said they were actually out of Diet Coke at the fountain so she would bring me a bottle of my drink. This means the fountain drink originally provided was likely knowingly filled with the wrong drink and they were hoping I wouldn’t notice until I was already gone. And why were they out?
Most recently, I ordered ahead on the app and when I walked in they hadn’t realized they had recieved the order. They didn’t check. So then they found my order and filled it. Then why did I order ahead?
Also they were again out of Diet Coke. I asked “has this been out since my last visit 3 months ago?” They said no, it happened again. management doesn’t order enough Diet Coke. Also our sandwich orders were wrong.
I can always expect a poor experience here :) giving up on JJs and especially this location.

The Spicy East Coast Italian sandwich at Jimmy John's was the best I've ever had! The service was fast, and the food was fresh and delicious. Diet Coke was calibrated perfectly. I work at the gym next door and I will definitely be back!
