    On September 12th at around 1255 I placed a simple order. The estimated delivery time was 1:25 and since I would not leave work I had little choice. At around 1:00 I got a text saying “It’s on the way” and was provided a link to track the order. When I check it had updated the delivery time to 1:31, which was not a big deal and just continued my day. At around 1:25 I clicked the link again and noticed that the delivery time had been updated to 1:35 due to another delivery. So much for a warm sandwich (I ordered mine toasted), and continued with my job. At around 1:36 I checked again and it said that the driver would arrive at 1:42. At 1:51 I got the message saying my order had been delivered and moments later security said I had a delivery in the lobby. I arrived in the lobby and noticed the driver was leaving on a bicycle (leaving it with security is not big deal). The sandwich was not warm, and although the sandwich started out toasted, it was more soggy than anything (being toasted and wrapped up, then stored in a hot bag for at least 30 minutes). The soda was mostly flat and very watered down, sticky on the sides and I could not use the straw hole on the lid due to the fact I could not remove the “security tape” on it. The chips and cookie were okay. I am sorry but when you spend almost 24 bucks on a sandwich, soda, chips and a cookie (excluding tip), you should get a food and drink that taste decent, (not soggy or watered down) and it should not take almost an hour.

    Service was very slow with only 3 people behind the counter at lunch time. Sandwich was skimpy compared to other Jimmy John's I've been to.

    This is one of my favorite Jimmy John's here in Tulsa. The staff is friendly, the place is always clean an the view is amazing. An the fun little interesting facts about uranus in the bathroom put the cherry on top for me.
