  I rarely go to this Jimmy John's but every time I do I remember why I don't come here often. First, parking is atrocious. I understand that's not the store's fault but I believe they're the only restaurant without dedicated online ordering/to-go parking which adds to the "not freaky fast". Today, I waited almost 20 minutes for an online order. Around 13 minutes in the store. My order may have been faster but I'm fairly confident that it sat at the end of the counter instead of being bagged up for the to-go shelf. A customer came in after I got there and told them my name, ordered and received his food before I did. Maybe it's just this store and team? Rough day for a sandwich shop.

  I ordered a sandwich delivered from this Jimmy John’s waited more than thirty minutes then called the store and the employee told me he didn’t have a driver and didn’t know if he would show up at all. I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money he assured me he would. Waited a week no refund. Called again and asked for a manager was told there was not a manager available and that if i would leave the total, date and my number a manager would take care of it and get back to me. Nothing. Still no refund. The total was $19.49 on 1/20/2024, todays date is 2/09/24. As far as I’m concerned this location stole that money from me I don’t expect to ever get my refund and I will not be doing business with Jimmy John’s at all because of it.

  The food is basic sandwiches. But they are fast. I recently learned that the owner of Jimmy John’s hunts wild game in Africa for sport. I no longer buy food from here because of it. Look it up. It’s true.
