  My food was right but my bread looked and tasted like day old bread and either the bread shrunk or they put two different halves together.

  Love Jimmy John’s- but this was a miss! 2 male employees were very slow. One with long greasy hair was putting his gloved fingers through the greasy hair then making sandwiches. They both seemed lost and in la la land.

  Just spoke with the young “assistant” manager who was very unprofessional about a sandwich they messed up with a food allergy and had the audacity to just tell us to take the cucumber off. Are you kidding me. This girl is rude and unprofessional and should both working here. Then had the nerve to tell me should could refuse service because I asked her how she thought it was ok for someone with a food allergy to just remove the allergy ingredient from The sandwich. I swear you can’t make this stuff up. 🤦🤦🤦

  Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had in my life. Completely stale bread made the sandwhich barely edible. They were understaffed completely considering the lines and drive thru took 40 minutes with just two cars waiting… how??? Also the dryest sandwhich ever they only put a spritz of oil/vinegar and forgot the mustard. Inedible.

  Place was clean, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told them what I normally got and they recommended other sandwiches. Food was hot as it was toasted and tasty. Still not as good as the #9 with peppers. Will definitely be back.
