  Really disappointed in this location. We went through the drive-through and sat there for seven minutes with no response. We then walked inside. The lady was doing prep, which I get. But did not stop for 10 minutes to take our orders. Then two more employees showed up that helped. They still didn’t make the sandwiches right. This is unfortunate, usually the Jimmy John’s chain is very consistent with Service.

  The person at the counter wouldn’t take our order. Would just look up at us and then go back sorting bread.

  We didn’t think you could go wrong with the sandwich place. Oh boy we were wrong, even the bread was nasty. My son, who loves a good sandwich place, said I’ll just eat the meat proceeded to take a bit and spit it out, then told my husband to file a complaint. Biggest waste of 20.00 and an energy that we suffered in a very long time. Don’t waste your money and energy on this location. I’m not sure about others. We don’t eat here often and surely will not ever again.

  My order too 45 minutes to be delivered. Im not that far from the store. I had an order of 6 sandwiches, when I called to check on the status at the 40 minute mark, he told me it was because I had an extra large order, umm 6 sandwiches that are basically all the same constitutes an extra large order? What has the world come to. My cat could make 6 sandwiches in 40 minutes, and get the order right. They added onions to a sandwich that was no onions and forgot a side of pasta salad. I called to have them deliver the forgotten pasta salad and the replacement sandwich. When I asked for a replacement sandwich, he said "can you not just pick of the onions" oh great, now the sandwich will just have the amazing essence of the unwanted onion. I demanded a replacement sandwich, they brought that and the forgotten pasta salad 30 minutes later. We did not eat either, I can only imagine what they did to it in retaliation. Will not be back.
