  Usually they're great. But today, when I ordered delivery twice, they messed up my order BOTH times. I ordered two drinks. A Huge Sweet Tea, and a Huge Lemonade. The sweet was supposed to be plain, and the lemonade was supposed to be Black Raspberry, Strawberry, and Lemon lavender with lemon slices. I've gotten these a few times before and they're usually FANTASTIC! I got a blue raspberry lemonade (I think?), And a Sweet Tea that tasted like Mint. It's hot. It's humid. And my now four drinks are not at all what I ordered and to be honest, I personally find gross. And I tried to call to inquire see if my delivery person picked up the wrong order. No answer. I ordered again assuming my order just got mixed up. The second order, STILL BRIGHT NEON BLUE. I tried to call again, and still nothing. Left a VM which I apologize to any staff reading, was very upset and borderline in tears. I just wanted something to drink that I would find refreshing. Neither of these are. So my reccomend? Go in person. Don't get delivery or try to call. Nobody's gonna pick up. And nobody actually cares about your order except you. Especially when it's hot and you really wanted something specific. They don't even tell you they made a substitution until AFTER it's out for delivery.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the best HTeaO location in Tulsa! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and provides outstanding customer service. Everything is incredibly fresh, the store is spotless, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and organized. The tea selection is amazing, and every visit is a great experience. If you're looking for the best HTeaO in the area, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

  Deserves 5 stars for the service alone. Manager actually called back to rectify a mistake, drinks are fantastic, and great prices.Great place and people all around.

  The tea is so delicious. You can order gallon jugs inside, as well as make your own. Don't forget about happy hour from 2-4 for a discount on teas! You can also go through the drive thru if you're lazy :)

  Needed ice and a sugar free option for a Lemonade drink cart. As no one offers sugar free lemonade, I went with the Blueberry unsweet tea from HTeaO. A number of people were very pleasantly surprised with the taste and gorgeous color - it was a huge hit. They also have the small, crunchy ice, which is great because our office ice machine broke and hasn't been replaced yet. I highly recommend their teas - delicious!
