- LGL GMay 2, 20262.0Over charged for water. The HTEAO we normally go to only charges around 65 cents per gallon. They charged me $1.75/gallon! This place also did not rinse the container before filling nor offered to carry it out to the car for a senior citizen like they do at our regular HTeaO.
