It appears that there has been changes to either staff, management or ownership. Staff used to open the door and greet you, this is no longer the case and getting acknowledged by the reception desk was also a challenge. Our server interacted with approximately 4 times, we waited on refills and necessities. Although she was kind, it was the level of service you’d receive in a diner. The food was still excellent, but for the price, the experience should be holistic. Kind of a shame to see.
