- RPRayna Parkerson5 days ago1.0So the girl that works the closing shift she’s dark headed was BEYOND rude to me, when they are the ones that have my food away to the wrong people! Mumbling rude comments under her breath. Like just because you hate your job barely making over minimum wage doesn’t give you the right to be rude to customers who had to pay 50$ for 2 meals already and wait an extra 30 minutes for the food to get done.

We’ve been ordering from here almost every week for the past year, and it used to be one of our favorite spots. The cheeseburgers and fries were always fresh and delicious, and the fries were my toddler’s absolute favorite. Recently, though, the quality has really gone downhill. I’ve noticed new staff almost every time I pick up an order, and the food just hasn’t been the same. Yesterday was the worst experience yet—the fries tasted stale, like they had been sitting out from the day before, and were so bad my toddler refused to eat them, which has never happened before. The burger buns were also very soggy. It’s really disappointing to see such a big change in a place we used to love. I hope this isn’t becoming the new standard.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
