    I travel to MANY Dutch Bros, and this one by far is the slowest I ever experience. The sad part is it’s the closest to my home! Im at a Bros 3-5 times a week, sometimes twice a day. I always use my app and order ahead, and only a hand full of times was it ready! We’re talking about sometimes 10 mins after the recommended time the app gives. But the people are always friendly.

    This location has gotten ridiculously slow. It’s pointless to order on the app and times are incorrect. It will tell you it will be ready at one time, and they do not start your drink until you check in. Had a gentleman order his drink and food ahead of me checking in with my mobile order at the window - they made his drink / food, and he received before was even started. I plan to go back to Starbucks for the convenience, which is sad when I live right behind this location. Today it took 15-20 minutes to get a drink, when the app told me 5 minutes. I completely understand this location is busy, however your system is flawed and needs to be reworked and add more employees during peak hours.

    It’s like they’re not aware they’re open for business. Long wait for what? There’s 3 cars in the drive thru and not a single person taking orders. Employees are cool but management needs work. It’d be quicker if I went to target and bought a coffee maker, coffee beans, and went home set it up and made myself a coffee by the time they get to my car. I’m not exaggerating either go find out yourself smh.

    I came by around 10:30 am today and oh my goodness! I had such an amazing experience at Dutch Bros today! The young lady who helped me provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She greeted me with a genuine smile, had such a positive attitude, and made me feel truly welcomed. You can tell she takes pride in making each customer’s day a little brighter. It’s rare to come across someone who is so kind, patient, and personable. She turned a simple coffee run into a wonderful experience. Dutch Bros is lucky to have her on the team! Thank you for going above and beyond—I can’t wait to come back!
