I order ahead and by the time I get up to the window my drinks are melted. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I can’t even come here anymore unless I have nothing else going on in case I have to wait 40 minutes.

I ended up ordering on the app. People started to line up behind me and the staff member working skipped me. The lady behind me said, “She was actually here before me.” The staff member responded, “I need to take your order because we zig-zag.” I rolled my window down and told the staff member, “I was here about 5 minutes before she even showed up.” I wasn’t rude - just loud enough so she could hear me. And then she threw her hands up and stomped over to me and asked what I wanted. I gave her my name. “How do you spell that?” Spelled it. “I’ll tell them you’re here.” You guys need to take the order of those who were there first. It took over 20 minutes for me to receive my drink after I pulled in. I’ve never seen a location ran so poorly, and with such terrible attitude.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
