    As others have mentioned, the staff is friendly but the service is very slow, totally normal to wait behind 4-5 cars for 20+ mins

    This has happened twice I asked a couple of people that work there how about the two that were rude I was told their names were Mya and Sydney there are very rude and hateful and employees they're always getting orders wrong, the music's always so loud you practically have to scream for the employees to even hear you place your order

    They don’t add sweetener to the iced coffee… it was horrible!!! Then waited for 30 minutes in line to get it fixed. I am so done with Dutch bros getting the drinks wrong every visit

    My kid loves the drinks, but the service is questionable. While we waited at the walk up window, every car in line had their orders taken by one of the people working then came in and put our order in 10 to 15mins after we arrived, after at least 8 orders that should have been after. If my kid didn’t like the drinks so much I’d never come back to this broken cog of a business.

    I was enjoying my morning coffee, Just sitting here drinking it enjoying my morning until something chunky gets in my mouth So I spit it out and I looked and it is a fly so that thing’s just been marinating in my coffee while I’m sitting here sipping it Then decided to make it way in my mouth.
