  Very oily Hash Browns that were uneatable, I ordered a Sausage,egg and croissant and got a bacon egg instead. If I wasn't half way home ,I would have go e back and complained. Horrible food, Coffee and donuts were good as usual.

  Yesterday I came around 1:30 pm and were at the mic nobody was answering and i seen the sign. I went around and no one was in store, i was so disappointed i wasn't the only one there. We had 3 more vehicles behind me who were waiting to order, why would y'all close down so early? Bad store! How are y'all gonna make revenue closing early? DO BETTER WITH YAll FRANCHISE. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING INTO THIS STORE. I called today and no one was picking up the phone i called 4 times to see if they were going to be open today seems like you don't want businesses. It's 11:15 am today it should be open.

  My father recently purchased two dozen donuts, only to discover that they were soggy and wet on the bottom—clearly below any reasonable standard of quality. When he initially called to report the issue, he spoke with the manager named Ruben, who assured him that the donuts would be replaced. However, when my father attempted to follow up a few days later, the situation deteriorated significantly. Upon calling, a female employee placed him on hold when he asked to speak with Ruben, but no one ever returned to the line. After waiting an excessive amount of time, he hung up and called back, only to be placed on hold again for an extended period—approximately 10 to 20 minutes—without any response. When he called yet again, the level of disrespect escalated further. The employee answering the phone could be heard saying, “Oh my God, it’s him calling back,” indicating a dismissive and unprofessional attitude toward a paying customer simply seeking resolution. Since then, his calls have gone unanswered entirely. This situation reflects a serious failure in both customer service and basic professionalism. Not only was the product unacceptable, but the handling of the issue—especially toward an elderly customer—was careless, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful. This matter deserves immediate attention and accountability
