    Very disappointing experience. My pizza was made incorrectly, and while the staff eventually replaced it, it took over an hour and a half for me to receive the correct order. I remained polite and respectful throughout the entire process, despite the frustration of the situation. Because the order was wrong, I had to make an additional trip back to the store to get the correct pizza, which was a major inconvenience and a waste of time. The issue wasn’t just the mistake itself—mistakes happen—but how long it took to resolve. Afterward, I submitted a customer support request regarding the experience. I was contacted by Gary, the General Manager, and was completely caught off guard by how the conversation was handled. Rather than showing concern for the inconvenience caused, he came across as aggressive, defensive, and dismissive of my concerns. At the end of the day, the facts are simple: my order was incorrect, it was not ready within a reasonable timeframe, I had to drive back to the store to fix the mistake, and the follow-up from management only made the experience worse. I appreciate that the pizza was eventually replaced, but the overall customer service experience left a lot to be desired.

    Placed an order and sat waiting for 40 minutes. Between that time, I walked up to the counter to make sure that my order was in the queue because my name was not on the TV screen. They were very submissive to my question and said that once my order was ready, they would call me up, but would not listen to my question. After 40 minutes, I walked up very upset to find out that my pizza had been sitting there for I don’t know how long with the wrong name. Customer service is horrible, whoever the manager is with the Spider-Man tattoo needs to find a new job.

    This place just down right refused to complete my order. They only delivered half of my order,was very rude about it with no effort at all trying to make it right. I order from them twice a week.....no more. U lost this customer and children shouldn't be in charge

    Update: I spoke today with Gary, the general store manager and he was nothing but polite and professional in rectifying the issue when I explained the frustrations I had encountered previously. Normally this not the case with franchises, and I want to say that I was taken care of after the fact, and I greatly appreciate the day-time management of the store. Call during normal business hours if you have an issue, that’s my recommendation. Spent $30 including tip for a pizza and a dessert. The pizza looks like it was literally thrown from station to station during production and is almost paper thin in spots. I ordered a standard pizza, not an ultra-thin crust tornado pizza. The worst part? There’s no recourse. I paid my money and trusted the product would meet expectations. No refunds, no offering to re-make it, not really even a word spoken by the staff when I called and calmly expressed my disappointment. Seriously, call in advance and make sure the employees speak and understand basic English before ordering.
