  I’m a regular at the store. It’s always dirty never can find a clean table because it’s busy don’t bother me cause just ask for a table to be clean they clean it but going last night was different I came across a very annoyed argumentative manager named Audrey who obviously didn’t like her job and did not value the Customers so she couldn’t treat them with kindness. I went in with me and my two daughters.The girl who was making the food was very sweet. I did not get her name She made all our food then I go to check out my daughter pays for her meal and I paid for mines separate because we both had the app we use. Audrey is the cashier at the moment I had a free entrée with a bag of chips because points I tried to scan it but didn’t work she told me it’s cause my meal doesn’t qualify I said it does I have a bag of chips and a meal nope you have a meal with a bag of chips and salsa I said no I don’t I only ask for my salsa on the side instead of on my bowl because I share it with my daughter who is autistic and she does not like salsa Audrey said it doesn’t matter it’s still chips and salsa not trying to fix the issue I got upset and said ma’am it is not chips and salsa. If she gave me a bigger bowl I didn’t ask for that. I just asked for my salsa on the side. Can I please just get a little plastic cup of salsa she grabs the big bowl of salsa off the tray dumped it back in the pan on the line does not give me a small plastic cup of it and re-fixes how she rang it up I said can I please still have my side of salsa she completely ignored me employee sat a side of salsa on the tray in a small plastic cup then I finished scanning my points looked around the corner cause I already saw all the tables where dirty When I arrived, but there’s normally two tables around the corner that are clean realized all tables are dirty and no where to sit I ask can you please clean a table for me She said the cashier will do it. I waited a few seconds she looked around asked her employees where the cashier was. She said she’s taking out the trash when she gets back in She’ll do it no when came then ask her again , the cashier is not here Could you please just clean a table she point out another table said that one’s clean go sit there I walked over there went to go look at the table. My daughter got upset because it was obviously dirty and she wasn’t going to sit at a dirty table because she has ocd and autism I then looked back to Audrey told her that table is dirty as well. Can I just get a table to sit at with my children she said I have to wait I waited for about 10min no one help me she walked off after arguing with me in the middle of the store and in front of both my kids over a table needing clean and a free cup of salsa that she rang up wrong. She still didn’t clean off table and left us there told me they are about to close so someone will make rounds to clean all the tables off its 9:45 That store doesn’t close till 11 my food was cold by the time I sat down the chips that I got were completely stale.the lady who made our food had to come out and clean the table After Waiting over 10min and arguing about a table. I tried to reach out to corporate and got disconnected last night. I would really like our food remade as we did not eat. It was cold we couldn’t even order a drink if we wanted to because all of the drinks were empty at 9:45 PM. There was nothing left in the drink station where y’all have your special drinks.I would also like for someone to teach Audrey better customer service and if she’s not able to have better, customer service, give one of her employees the manager position cause I can tell you right now they have way better than she was. All the employees at that store Last night were so kind she was the only one that was rude and for no reason at all!!!! No customer deserves to be treated like this.

  Dude with the gauges always looks like he hates his life and has no people skills. Also the portions of protein he gives, he acts like it comes out of his paycheck. Im saying this because it has happened on multiple occasions.

  Perhaps it was just this exact location, but I'll never go back. The gentleman who served us was very rude.
