  Had more than one unpleasant experience at this chipotle. One time I arrived and they were randomly closed with no warning, another time they had a sign on the door saying they didn’t have chicken or steak, today I placed my order online and when I came in and waited five minutes to be greeted, I was told they were out of steak and asked if I wanted something else, when I declined they told me I had to call 1-800-chipotle to cancel my order. 1- 800 chipotle made me walk back into the restaurant to have the cashier confirm that I did not pick up my order. 30 minutes later I’m still hungry…

  Wow! I am shocked. We picked up some food, and it was all terrible. No Chicken available, only steak ( I wanted chicken) Steak was full of inedible cartilage and gristle Chips were stale and chewy and tossed out Two of the bowls were tossed out and not eaten. The portion size of chips was shockingly small compared to what they used to be too, I am done with you Chipotle. Time for a competitor to open up and take you out now

  ALWAYS out of SOMETHING All I get is chicken, white rice, pico, and cheese. If they’re not out of pico, they’re out of chicken. They also just…. Don’t put stuff in your mobile order if they run out of it. And they won’t tell you unless you ask. Absolutely wild.

  Always disappointed with this Chipotle location. My boyfriend and I went in for dinner yesterday and the service was awful. They were out of the Honey Chipotle Chicken, which is what we both wanted, so we asked how long it would be. The guy cooking told us it would be 5 minutes max, so we decided to wait. After about 15 minutes we talked about leaving, but we could see them cutting the chicken, so we figured it would be faster to just wait than go somewhere else. The problem is no one ever communicated with us. No updates, no “sorry for the wait,” nothing. After we had been waiting for 30 minutes, the worker told us they were just going to leave it as plain chicken instead of making the Honey Chipotle Chicken. So we basically waited half an hour for absolutely no reason. Another employee finally told them to make enough Honey Chipotle Chicken for us, so we did end up getting what we waited for. But the fact that no one acknowledged we’d been standing there for 30 minutes or apologized is honestly ridiculous. This location has consistently had bad service every time I’ve been here, so I’m not even surprised anymore. This experience was just so frustrating that I felt like people should know. If you can, avoid this location and go to a different Chipotle.

  I love Chipotle- it's one of my favorite restaurants. My favorite Chipotle is the Broken Arrow Location. However, I avoid this location (South Tulsa/Bixby) if at all possible. My first visit here they were out of chicken and said it would be an hour until they had more ready. The second time I visited this location our portions were so small it was comical. The most recent visit, yesterday, I ordered by phone (11:17am) from my house in South Bixby for inside pickup. The pickup order was said to be ready at 11:30am. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:40 am with some friends. My friends got in line to order while I looked for my pickup order on the shelf. It wasn't there so I asked. The person doing pickup orders said there were still 3 orders before mine. So, I went and looked for a place to sit down. The restaurant wasn't that busy yet, but it was starting to pick up. My friends got through the line with their food and were halfway finished with their food by the time my order was finally ready. Again, the portion sizes of our food was smaller than my friends who went through the line. While we were eating the restaurant became really busy and visitors were having a hard time finding seats. Two tables (I have pictures) were taken up by outdoor umbrellas that had been brought in and not returned to their outdoor location despite it being sunny, bright, and not windy. One person joked about sitting on top of them. I really just want the manager of this location to be present and be accountable. Take care of this restaurant- it's such a great location.
