  They definitely need to retain the employees. I have placed online orders a few times and I am always missing an item. I typically order the family chicken meal. This time I checked to make sure I had my tortillas. The guy making the online orders was like uhhhhh does it come with tortillas. I said yes and he asked how many. I said I don’t recall. Then he walked away. The guy working the cash register is awful and the worst out of them all especially when I asked him to get the tortillas since the other guy walked away. He said that’s not my job and I said well can you ask someone else to get them. Then I asked to speak to the manager. She just stood there and didn’t know what to say and she didn’t apologize etc. This location has gone down hill and I would not go back except this is the only location in south Tulsa. The dine in area and drink area is also always messy when I have gone on.

  I love chipotle and go there many times a week. I would die for this establishment. It was my first time going to this location and it will be the last it’s an understatement to say I’m disappointed and dissatisfied. When we first walked in they said they were out of chips, very disappointing but you know I’ll live what REALLY made me mad was I saw a couple people in line after me GET CHIPS. Then i was pissed but I didn’t say anything and sat down and ate my food but I saw the worker SNEEZE on the food, I was disgusted. They were also out of spoons, Diet Coke, and drink lids. I’m so disappointed chipotle and I would’ve thought better of this establishment and now I do not I hope my next time is better.

  No line. Most of the bins were old. It was 9pm so they were open for another 2 hours. Only worker that could make the order, proceeded to make an online order instead of helping me. Waited 15 minutes. After the wait, the food wasn’t even good, they needed to be replaced, but it appeared that they didn’t have the staff to do it. Don’t know if I’ll come back to this location.

  I’m a chipotle enjoyer, but this specific one is not it. The workers here act like when u ask a basic question you did a crime. And the rice has 200% of ur daily intake of salt. To say the least I am indeed salty after my visit here

  It was 7 PM we got there, and there was a person screaming, “We don’t have chicken, steak, guacamole, and pico de gallo.” I asked how long it would take to get some chicken or steak, and they stated they did not. I ended up getting pork, and there was hardly any pork in my meal. Horrible place and service. Also there was Ac either it so hot in the building. Idk how they keep employees
