    If you need help with an order that you’ve placed, don’t count on being able to talk to a real person. And count on spending 10+ minutes to get to someone who just keeps repeating there from customer care when you ask if they’re at the store. So now my online order that I needed to pick up, I can’t get any help with

    The food here is amazing other than the fact that they will skimp out and give you the SMALLEST portions possible even for a chipotle. Listen I know it's known that chipotle doesn't give you a lot for the price but my experience here was so much worse than any other chipotle ive been to in terms of portions. Go to a different one if you can

    Wow! I ordered my meal through their Chipotle app and usually they skimp out on my bowls when I don't go in and order in person, but today they loaded my steak bowl up! Perfectly hot and all the things I requested were on there yesss. They have a new salsa that I'm pretty sure is limited time only their NEW Cilantro Lime Sauce which was perfectly seasoned with a light hint of the cilantro and jalapeños (I think!). All very delicious but not as good as my all time FAVORITE their chimichurri sauce that was also a limited time only sauce! Hope they bring it back :)
