  Last time ever in Chipotle, and I mean ever: Angry neck tattoo man will be angry at you for wanting food, he'll pass your tortilla to a woman who will sweat into your chicken. At least you'll get to be accosted by a homeless person when you leave. Oh, and sometimes it'll just be shut down at lunch time for no apparent reason. So disgusted by this place

  I had an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this Chipotle involving the manager, Cariela. While I was there to get food, she made derogatory comments about my skin color and also made fun of my piercings. Regardless of someone’s appearance, skin color, piercings, or anything else, a customer should never be mocked or made to feel singled out by an employee, especially someone in a management position. I came in to buy food, not to have my appearance picked apart or be subjected to comments about the color of my skin. What bothered me most is that this came from a manager, someone who is supposed to set the example for the rest of the staff and make customers feel welcome. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and honestly shocked that this kind of behavior would happen in a restaurant. I’m sharing my experience because I believe management above this location should be aware of how customers are being spoken to and treated. There’s no excuse for making derogatory comments about someone’s skin color or ridiculing their appearance. I sincerely hope Chipotle takes this seriously and addresses it.

  Mostly forgets the queso. Aside from that most Chipotle employees seem miserable so I get why they miss the queso even though I spend money on it. Honestly their burritos taste like dish soap to me without any queso. Queso lovers, know that if you order queso as a side or on your burrito, it probably won't happen. Usually if I ask for both, the request will be acknowledged since you asked for queso twice. But overall it's a waste of money and I will not order here again unless I'm in person to hold employees accountable

  Portion sizes are wildly inconsistent, with no oversight at all. If you don’t watch them like a hawk, your bowl will be 9 oz., like one of the ones I purchased tonight. Every once in a while, someone will load it on like they’re going out of business. More often, though, it’s teeny-tiny portions. Half a scoop of this, half a pinch of that. Management at this store must be under some tight quotas. I won’t return.

  I walked in expecting normal chipotle portions, walked out with an out of body experience. Normally this location has decent proportions but nothing crazy, defenentally better than other locations at the very least. Today however, I ordered a chicken bowl, and watched him put a little bit less rice than normal, and his manager was right next to hin so I was afraid I'd get a real wimpy amount of chicken. The worker scooped into the chicken and pulled up a little half scoop and I knew my fate was sealed, but he paused and went back in for a better scoop, and I was thinking all right I'm gonna get a normal scoop. To my bewilderment he gets a nice full scoop, and goes back in again to fill that ladle to the brim. I have never seen gravity conform to someone's will but the absolute mountain on top of that scooper proved me otherwise. I was elated, every bite was a blast of flavor and spice, containing more than enough meat to fill any weight lifters protein goals. There's no need for all you can eat buffets when you can just get a chipotle Bowl at the mesquite location. 10/10 Will feast here again.
