- JHJody HendrixJun 14, 20261.0I wish I had taken pictures. For some reason i decided to not put ice in my drink or use a lid. Every drink I poured from the soda fountain to the teas had a film of grease or something floating on the top of it. I asked for a new cup and tried again and it was the same deal. I know enough about drink dispensing machines to know that if you don’t clean the machines they get funky on the inside and around the spouts. 100% would not dine here again because if this is the beverage Station, how’s the food safety? I told the manager and he offered to recourse other than.. I’ll file a report. Nah man clean your machines nightly.

I normally eat at the one in Tulsa Hills (which I love) but every once in a while I’ll get food from this location and have been disappointed every time I order. The last time I order honey chipotle chicken (my favorite) it was so spicy it was inedible. This time the food is burnt to the point it doesn’t even look like chicken. I tried to call the store and got a call center agent from another country then when they transferred me to the store the agent acted like they didn’t hear me and hung up. I’m not the type to contact corporate but I’m definitely writing a nice email to let them know this location is making them look bad.

Sent them a message through their review process and the most generic / corporate response was given back to me by some Customer Care Coordinator.
