The bowl was put in bag up side down aluminum lid not on while sitting in the bag its leaking on paper bag. Get home pick up bag makes it over console to my lap. Food falls out bottom all over my lap all in my cross body purse. Im like covered in beans vegey bowl no meat just soupy beans. I dont have time to go back I have to clean everything. Today I go in to Chipotle on Cherry Street. Supposed manager Elisa was so rude so rude. I told her repeatedly I wore the food I had the bag with me where it fell out the bottom. She never once apologized said the receipt didnt say how I paid she said finally put your card here. I said which one she said I dont know. Terrible terrible very rude. I cant believe no one sorry pathetic I did get my 10$ back. Never go here ever.

I literally had maybe 40 grains of rice it felt like and then asked if I wanted double rice I eat chipotle at this location dang near everyday and this was unbelievable better be back to normal the next time I go. The lady checking out is an angel.

I decided once I saw the guy making my food, scoop the smallest portion of rice for my bowl, and lined it up like it was cocaine. Shrinkflation is hitting this company hard. I will no longer deal with the abhorrent service, portions, and all of the underpaid employees upcharging like they're going to receive a bonus. Qdoba will be my go to from here on out. You will not be missed chipotle 🤣
