- PDPoppy DevoeMay 5, 20261.0Rude staff from the beginning. Dirty old bins with new food dumped on top Food burned. Chicken looked dry and stale. I asked if perhaps there was fresh chicken, when an employee came out from kitchen, insulted me and refused to meet my eyes. In the end I walked away instead of wasting money on sub par ingredients and food. Such a disappointment.
- SSSpikeApr 24, 20261.0As a former Chipotle lover since its beginning days, I’m disappointed at how bad it has gotten. The portions are an absolute joke. The ingredients don’t feel fresh. I’m sad that I won’t be getting it anymore, but it’s just not worth it.
- CMcourtney metcalfApr 23, 20262.0I ordered a build your own kids meal and when it got to the sides I was only asked one of them and the other he didn’t even wait for me to look at what was there he just slipped the guacamole on the plate which I don’t even like.. I heard a lot of people will let you get chips and queso with the meal or a side of sour cream, they don’t here. Try a different location. This one feels rushed and like they don’t care outside of their check. There was also like 3 employees standing around watching the one guy serving and one girl at register which there may have been a reason for but why stand in the front not helping instead of waiting in the side because the line was several people deep and it looks like no one’s doing anything but being in the way
