It’s disappointing that, just 20 minutes before closing the lobby, service is limited to takeout only—it makes customers feel unwelcome to stay. This isn’t the “customers come first” experience you’d normally expect. After visiting this location multiple times, the standard continues to drop, which is why I felt it was time to share this feedback.
