  We recently moved to the area and was excited to discover there’s a Charlie’s chicken nearby as we’ve been to several locations over the years and consistently gotten outstanding food each time. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about this West Tulsa location. We arrived after 5 o’clock yesterday, our food was not fresh. The chicken was so soggy. The fried okra seemed old & not hot/fresh. The rolls were overcooked & inedible, almost petrified, the sauce options were gross. The drive-through line took way too long so we had to get out of our vehicle and walk in. Cars were driving off from the window without ordering, I don’t blame them. The roasted chicken looked awful, dry & old and there was no fresh batch to offer. The soda machines weren’t working properly, and the sodas tasted awful/needed changed. The building, seating area is rundown, overall this was a deplorable experience. We will making the drive back to the Sand Springs or BA locations I guess.

  Update!!! Owner contacted me and refunded the up charge and will be mailing out a coupon for a future purchase........Called a day ahead to see if we needed to preorder a 20 piece bone in chicken and 20 chunk dinner for next day pickup. Was told no, just come in. Went in and wait time was about 40 minutes. We were also hit with a $16 upcharge for feeding more than 8 people on a carry out order. Not sure how that even plays into this at all. Nothing was mentioned about that fee the day before. Food was average. Not sure we'd order again from them. There are lots of other chicken places to frequent.

  The staff were incredibly kind, especially Anita. The food was served hot, delicious, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend stopping in and trying it for yourself. My family and I had a wonderful experience!! Everyone left happy, full, and well taken care of.
