  I only have good things to say about this location! 🤩 Employees are very friendly and willing to go an extra mile to provide great service. The quality of the food is top notch: nutritious, delicious, and convenient. I’m definitely coming back 🫶🏾

  Salad didn't even fill the bowl. The drink was watered down. For $14 for a salad I expect the bowl to be full.

  The Brookside Cava has some serious customer service and efficiency work to do. I arrived here at 6:15 on a Sunday and the line was missing: 3 of the 5 offered greens, chicken, falafel, pita chips, and pita crisps. 4 different parties waited about 10 minutes on some element for our bowls, and while we waited I noticed that the front line ran out of vegetables. Only after the container was empty did they call back to the kitchen that they needed more veggies - no wonder the wait was so long for our other food! The location wasn’t particularly busy that evening, and it wasn’t the first time I’ve had to wait on food that wasn’t ready at this location. In a past visit I also witnessed a tense exchange between an employee and a customer. The Kingspointe location offers a much better experience. Better communication and maybe a training refresh needed here.

  This is the BEST Cava location. The energy was immaculate, the people working were so sweet and kind and even the other customers around which I feel is telling to the energy in there. Tabitha helped my friend and I out and she was so kind and wholesome! She was also so patient with us as we tried to figure out what we want. We could come back just because of Tabitha. Also, the salmon slaps. 10/10 recommend the glazed salmon while it’s there.
