  We walked in and weren’t greeted. The host came up to take a different party to their table and looked like he did not want to be there. He came back and sat us down at our table. 10 minutes went by and our server still hadn’t came by to greet us. The whole time we waited, a group of servers were huddled up near the bathrooms talking. I made eye contact with a couple servers and none of them took the initiative to greet us. We walked out of the restaurant. Horrible service.

  Food is great, no complaints there. The Service is the reason it's not a 5 star for me, calling for delivery takes a good 1-3 minutes. The Delivery never came on one occasion and never got refunded for it. It shouldn't be this hard to get delivery and getting a answer on the phone. So it sucks to have to rank it this on one of my favorite places to get a quick dinner.

  Food came out cold TWICE! We ordered 20 boneless wings with fries. The food came super fast and we were impressed… until we ate the food. Wings were cold along with the fries. Told our waitress that it was cold and she took them back. 2-3 mins later she comes back… cold again. Side note: on a different occasion, they asked to ID me for a VIRGIN pina collada. I asked why and they said they don’t like making them for kids so they just started implementing it. And then, they couldn’t even make it 😂😭 This place used to be so good! What happened…

  Worst restaurant service I’ve ever experienced. Our server Izzy made a rude comment to one of my friends saying “for Mrs skinny over here” and hardly checked on us. We were kind and tried to be understanding, only had a party of four people. Took forever to get our food (it was also cold) with hardly anyone else in the building and other tables with the same server who got seated way after us received more service from her. We asked to split our check and she didn’t hand out our bills, just placed it on the table and walked away while also doing it incorrectly. Just super disappointed overall.

  Oh--my. No no no. I doordashed my order. It tasted as if the parmesean garlic sauce was dumped into a box and then some boneless chicken pieces were thrown in and slushed around. That tasted ew. I could only tolerate two bites and I threw it out. They didn't give me any vegetables and I was looking forward to some fresh veggies! Not a single carrot or celery stalk!! Hahaha I couldn't eat the meat so not have vegetables was a match lol I cut up some celery and half an avocado and that was a good enough snack.
